Taking to Twitter, the 28-year-old Porbandar lad wrote to announce his engagement “6 hours, 2 meals & 1 shared mud cake later…” along with a ring and a heart emoticon.

Since then, wishes have been pouring in for the couple from both fans as well as cricketers, including one of Saurashtra’s Ranji Trophy-winning captain Jaydev’s closest friends and state teammate Cheteshwar Pujara who wished the two in a special way.

Sharing a beautiful picture with the couple along with his wife, Pujara welcomed Rinny to the family as well as was happy to see that his friend has finally found his love in her while warning his fiancee that she would have to deal with a lot of 'bromance' from now on.

He wrote a special message for the couple: “Welcome to the family Rinny. I am so glad that my brother @JUnadkat has found the love of his life. P:S –  You have to deal with a lot of bromance.”

Noteworthy, Jaydev, though, is currently out of India team, but having a great time at the domestic circuit, leading Saurashtra to its maiden Ranji Trophy title as well as finishing with 67 wickets at 13.23 and broke a 21-year-old record for the most wickets by a fast bowler in a single Ranji season.
