India women's defeat against Australia in the Women's T20 World Cup final saw extreme reactions from fans. But not for the women's cricketers, it was Virat Kohli and Virender Sehwag who unnecessarily got slammed for their tweets.
Fans believe Virat and Sehwag's tweets jinxes the team. A petition on Change.org started by Abhinay Thakur was asking for suspension of the social media accounts of these two cricketers.

“Stop Virat Kohli and Sehwag from wishing Indian teams in ICC tournaments especially in Semis/Finals. These both jinxx our victories..! Suspend their social media accounts if they don’t stop posting congratulations post (sic),” Thakur’s petition reads.
India women's lost the final match by 85 runs. They were bowled out on just 99 runs while chasing 185.
