Krunal Pandya calls Virat Kohli 'Rowdy Rathore'; compares India players with Bollywood characters

The elder Pandya recently made an appearance in a TV show.

Krunal appeared in a TV show where he took part in the rapid-fire question session and was asked to give Bollywood characters to his teammates.

Krunal, who made an entry in the show by dancing on the 'Bala' song of Housefull 4, compared India cricket team captain Virat Kohli to Akshay Kumar's character in the movie Rowdy Rathore.

“Chulbul Pandey is Kedar Jadhav, Mogambo is Shikhar Dhawan, Rowdy Rathore is Virat Kohli and Jai Veeru are Krunal and Hardik,” Krunal was quoted by mid-day.

Pandya is often said to have similarity with actor Ajay Devgn and the cricketer admitted it. He was asked to deliver his favorite dialogue and he picked one from ‘Gangs of Wasseypur 2’. 

The 28-year-old last played for India against Bangladesh in November 2019. He has played 18 matches overall and has 14 wickets with 121 runs scored at a strike rate of 131.52.
