Kamran Akmal says "it is not my mother tongue," after being asked why his English is made fun of

Pakistani cricketers often get trolled badly on the Internet because of their poor English and even they don’t understand most of the difficult English words.

When it comes to interviews and speaking to foreign presenters, they always face trouble and if the media speak English fast and use some hard words, Pakistani cricketers start scratching their heads and ask for a translator, resulting became the butt of jokes on social media.

Pakistani players’ inability to communicate fluently in the universal language is known to the world, given that most of the players come from a rural background with little education in English, as their primary language is Urdu.

Well, there are some cricketers in Pakistan who are good at English and they are Ramiz Raja, Shoaib Malik, Wasim Akram, Shahid Afridi, and Shoaib Akhtar.

But some of the Pakistani stars were badly trolled on the internet and veteran Pakistan wicketkeeper-batsman Kamran Akmal is among those who have been trolled badly by everyone on the internet.

Recently, Akmal was asked by a Twitter user why do people make fun of his English, and the veteran simply replied that it’s Ok. English is not his mother tongue and he is not worried about the same.
