Hardik Pandya's engaged came as a surprise for the fans on the new year as he proposed Natasa Stankovic without a prior hint. He was in Dubai with his friends when the cricketer took this step. Serbian actress and model girlfriend Natasa was already introduced to the family.

Pandya had gone on his knees to propose his girlfriend romantically. The background music had made the moment full of love. Interestingly, not only fans but Hardik's parents were shocked by the news as well. His father Himanshu Pandya revealed about it in a chat with Times of India.

“Natasa is a very nice girl, and we have met her in Mumbai on several occasions. We knew that they were going on a vacation to Dubai, but had no clue that they were going to get engaged. This took us by surprise. We came to know about it after they got engaged.”

Hardik's dad revealed they have not decided about the marriage yet.  The elder brother of Hardik, Krunal Pandya took to Twitter and shared his wishes for brother and his fiancee.
