Former India cricketer Yuvraj Singh wants everyone to believe in the under-pressure youngster Rishabh Pant. Pant has failed to live up to his reputation and recently hasn't delivered well with the bat. Fans are running out of patience, watching his struggles with the bat.

But Yuvraj wants the everyone to remember that even MS Dhoni, India's one of the most elegant wicket-keeper batsman wasn't made in a day. "MS Dhoni was not made in a day. It took a few years so it will take a few years for a replacement also. There is one year to go for the T20 World Cup, so that is still a long time," Yuvraj Singh said as quoted by IANS.

"How they get the best out of Pant is completely based on his character. You have to understand his psychology and then work with that. If you are going to suppress him, you won't get the best out of him. Yes, he has been given a number of chances, but how do you get the best out of him. The people monitoring him in the team -- the coaches, the captain -- can make a lot of difference," Yuvraj added.

India has decided to give Pant a long rope before the T20 World Cup next year. They have faith in the Delhi wicket-keeper, although, Pant hasn't played a highlighting knock-in limited-overs cricket yet. In Tests, the 21-year-old already has a hundred in England and Australia.

Fans have gone a bit harsh on the rising India star. After every failure, there is a voice of replacement, which Yuvraj feels isn't correct.
