New Zealand all-rounder Jimmy Neesham gave his all in the super over against England. It was one of the biggest moments of his life, the ICC World Cup final and Neesham decided to put up a fight. He took his team close the victory with 16 needed in the tie-breaker, however, they still couldn't win the game after Martin Guptill's run-out on the last ball.

England won and despite all the efforts and things finally going their way, New Zealand's dream of lifting the World Cup trophy was broken once again. 

The defeat was so daunting to deal with for the fans, one couldn't imagine what players must be going through. The tweets Neesham posted after the loss gave us an idea of how saddening it is to be on the losing side in such a crunch game.

Neesham, who is famous for his humorous tweet, sounded very sad with his post-match tweets. He even asked kids to not take sports as a career as it would be very difficult to move on from such defeats.
