Around this time last year, there were speculations of whether Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma will marry by the end of the year or not? "Did they fly outside India with their family priest to get married?" The questions like this popped up when they were spotted with their families at the airport. But all the questions were put to rest on December 11, 2017, when the couple announced their new partnership on social media.

Virat and Anushka had tied the knot in Italy last year and today, on Tuesday, they complete their first marriage anniversary. 

On this special day,  Kohli posted multiple pictures of him with Anushka on Twitter and wrote, "Can't believe it's been a year already because it feels like it happened just yesterday. Time has truly flown by. Happy anniversary to my best friend and my soulmate. Mine forever ❤ @AnushkaSharma."

The couple is currently in Australia. While Virat is leading the Indian side in the Test series against Australia, Anushka was seen cheering for the team on the first Test. 

Anushka also posted a video on Twitter on the anniversary and wrote, "It's heaven when you don't sense time passing by ... It's heaven when you marry a good 'man' ... ????".

Virat is having a great team both, on and off the field as India secured a historic Test match win in Adelaide on Monday. India won their first Test on the Australian soil after 10 years.
