
JP Duminy‘s wife Sue Duminy has given birth to a girl and they have named her Alexa-Rose Duminy, as shared by the father on social media. He posted a picture of his wife, first kid and the newborn on Twitter. Alexa came into this world on September 1.

The batting all-rounder was part of the South African squad which toured Sri Lanka. He scored 53*, 32, 92, 38, and 12 in the 5-match ODI series which South Africa won by 3-2.
Duminy made his debut for South Africa in 2004 in an ODI game against Sri Lanka. He has played 189 ODIs since then. The 34-year-old has added 4994 runs and picked up 67 wickets in the 50-over format.
In T20Is, Duminy has a high score of 96 not out. He averages 37.24 with the bat and 27.66 with the ball. With 1825 runs he is the highest run-getter for his team in the shortest format. He is followed by AB de Villiers who has 1672 runs.
