The great Mahendra Singh Dhoni's gear is getting auctioned for a noble cause of charity, as his autographed warrior costume along with the number 7 jersey worn by him internationally for the country, is being auctioned online to raise money for cancer patients.

Money from this sale will proceed to The Leukemia Lymphoma Foundation, a unit of Tata Memorial Hospital, 80% of whom have an annual income of less than Rs. 30,000.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni has played 503 games across all formats in what is now a 14-year-old career and is considered one of the greatest players to have ever played for India. He is widely popular around the world and has always shown willingness to do something for the society.

The items are available on www.SaltScout.com, and fans around the world can place their bids over it. The charity auction item was donated by Keroscene Films, which produced the ad that MS Dhoni acted for Snickers, and generously enabled by both Snickers and MS Dhoni. SaltScout remains grateful that MS Dhoni took time from his demanding schedule to personally sign the item, in support for the cause.
