Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma got married last year in Tuscany, Italy. The couple dated each other for more than 3 years and then finally decided to tie the knot in December 2017.
Virat has got a lot of positive changes because of his better half Anushka. He has himself acknowledged that the Bollywood actress has helped him improve his life further after marriage. He saw a life partner in her and without wasting much time, got married to Anushka.
Kohli spoke about the changes in life because of his wife. In an interview to ESPN, he said that Anushka's presence has had a calming effect on him. The 29-year-old has aggression in him. But the filtered aggression now has been doing good for the cricketer. He was criticized for being over aggressive previously.
"I have realized a lot of things in the past few years since I've been with my wife. Because she is a very spiritual person and I have sort of drifted on that path as well. Now things are unlocking in a way that is very difficult for me to explain to people. But I understand that I was always meant to do this. If I am meant to do this in every lifetime of mine, I will do it 100 times over. It's a blessing," he told the TV channel.
Virat opened up about his personal life in the interview. He has a condition in family planning. "I have a life. I have a family. I will have kids. They deserve all my time. That is something that is very, very clear and close to my heart. I want no part of my career being flashed into my house. I want no part of my trophies, my achievements, nothing in my house when our kids are growing up," he added.
Anushka was spotted cheering for Virat and RCB during the IPL 2018. She had even shared pictures while watching Royal Challengers Bangalore's game when she couldn't make it to the stadium.
