India skipper Virat Kohli’s physical transformation in the last few years has been awe-inspiring, to say the least. In fact, the 29-year-old has often attributed his stellar showing with the willow to his intense fitness regime. However, in order to attain such flawless health condition, Kohli has made some serious sacrifices with his diet and in his lifestyle.

He has also led to a revolution in the Indian cricket dressing room, where fitness has become a part of the team members’ life and also the benchmark for young and aspiring cricketers. Virat might be enjoying some rare-off time from cricket nowadays after a hectic 58-day long tour of South Africa, but he is not making any compromise with his work-out sessions.

On Tuesday (March 26), the Indian captain posted an inspirational video on Twitter post his work-out session and captioned it as: “Just finished my conditioning training guys, what's your training plan today? #ComeOutAndPlay”.

In the video, Kohli was seen breathlessly sharing the secret of his unparalleled fitness standard. He said: “As you see I am pretty tired. Just ran on the treadmill, finished one set of my interval sprinting after 6 sets of toe bells – 30 seconds each. Putting bend around my waist and doing high knees with resistance, pushing forward. Now I am doing sprint work. So today is my conditioning session and I am totally loving it. Hope you guys made most of your day and did something productive when it comes to fitness. So find your own motivation. Be ready to put in the effort.”
