Ball has been called in as cover for Jake Ball. (ECB)

England have added Jake Ball as Liam Plunkett's cover for the upcoming tri-series starting February 3. 

Plunkett is still recovering from a hamstring injury that he picked up in the third one-dayer in Sydney and is a doubtful starter for England's warm-up match against the Prime Minister's XI on Friday.

In addition to Plunkett, there are other injury concerns for England as well. While Alex Hales is suffering from an injured hand, Chris Jordan is suffereing from a hamstring injury.
