South Mumbai’s Worli locality seems to be the talk of the town nowadays considering the fact that it has become a lavish address for celebrity couples of late. Earlier, the news of India skipper Virat Kohli’s 7,171-sq-ft-sea-view home on the 34th floor worth nearly Rs. 34 crore grabbed everyone’s attention and now another cricketing superstar Yuvraj Singh has purchased two flats in the same area.

As per the reports in Architectural Digest, Yuvraj has spent even more than the Indian captain and has bought the entire floor in Omkar ‘1973’ at Worli, Mumbai for a total of INR 64 crore. Reports further suggest that the residential flats of Omkar Realtors and Developers’ ranges between 2,600 square feet to 18,200 square feet.

Yuvraj Singh secured the apartment on the 29th floor of the same tower (Tower C) as Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, purchased back in 2013. Yuvi paid INR 40,000 per square feet for the uber plush apartments.

While Tower A of the same apartment has been a house to a number of residents, the tower C will see its possession by mid-2018. So expect Anushka Sharma-Virat Kohli, as well as Hazel Keech-Yuvraj Singh to move in their after a few months.
