India captain Virat Kohli's fitness is something everyone has talked about after his batting. He has set new benchmarks when it comes to physical strength and endurance. 

The Delhi lad had earlier revealed that he had left wheat, cold drinks, junk food and desserts for fitness. Fitness is now the keyword to stay in the team and Virat on Thursday backed his thoughts by invoking Indians to adopt an active lifestyle, where playing is an integral part.

Kohli launched his brand of clothing and passed on a message to ‘Come Out And Play’. The movement aims to highlight the simple joys of playing and how it can be seamlessly integrated into everyday life – whether at work or at home.
