
India skipper Virat Kohli’s physical transformation in recent times has grabbed the eyeballs of one and all in the cricketing fraternity. In fact, a lot of the members of Indian cricket team even got inspired by his fitness regime and consequently started training with discipline.
Kohli, who recently recorded his 32nd ODI ton, has often attributed his stellar showing with the bat to his intense fitness regime. However, in order to attain such flawless health condition, the 29-year-old has made serious changes in his eating habits and lifestyle.

In a candid interview with TV presenter Gaurav Kapur on his popular talk show 'Breakfast with Champions', Kohli spoke his heart out and opened up about his diet and ultimate cheat meal for one day if given a chance.
"I have a set breakfast. I eat an omelette, three egg whites, one whole egg. The spinach black pepper and cheese, some grilled bacon or smoked salmon along with it. I eat papaya or dragon fruit if it's available or watermelon. I eat decent amount of cheese for good fats. I carry my own butters and I get gluten free bread from the hotels...so I apply on that. Then a nice big pot of green tea with lemon, I drink three to four cups of that," Kohli said while revealing his diet chart for breakfast.

When it comes to lunch and dinner, Kohli usually prefers grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, veggies, spinach and seafood.
"When our trainer Mr. Basu tells me to put on a bit of muscle then I increase red meat. Otherwise generally for lunch it's grilled chicken and mashed potatoes, spinach and veggies and for dinner it's seafood," Virat disclosed his lunch and dinner diet chart.
On being asked about the favourite food he would like to consume given a cheat day, the Delhi lad without any hesitation named Ram's Chole Bhature at Rajouri Garden.
"Ram's Chole Bhature in Rajouri Garden 110 per cent. That too I'll go to his shop and have it...not take away. By the time it comes home, it's not a bhatura anymore. It feels like a stale bread. Fresh bhatura's where you pop a hole with your finger along with some onions, mint chutney and some pepper pickle," Kohli amusingly said.
