Former Indian cricket team batter Sourav Ganguly rolled back the years as he participated in a game of gully cricket. During the informal encounter, Ganguly, who was renowned for his beautiful off-side strokes, displayed his batting prowess and even hit a few of his signature sixes straight down the group.
The 53-year-old appeared totally relaxed, and social media enthusiasts praised his batting, leaving the internet in disbelief. In a video that went viral on social media, he scored 132 runs off of just 68 balls.
Ganguly was granted two "lives" during the video, meaning he could afford to be fired once. At 75, he lost his first "life" after reaching his half-century in 33 balls. But he sped to the century in 58 deliveries, and there was no stopping him.
Following his century, the wicket-keeper urged Ganguly to recreate his iconic Lord's celebration. However, he remained in high spirits and ended his knock on 132.
