Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) skipper Kane Williamson has been effectively enjoying his stint in the ongoing 2018 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) here. He also greatly enjoying his time off the field, as the Kiwi skipper recently had a candid interview with the Radio channel 93.5 Red FM.
There was certainly so many expectations and pressure on the New Zealand skipper Williamson to match David Warner’s phenomenal success with the IPL franchise –SRH when he was appointed Captain of the side for the 11th season of the T20 tournament.
Williamson didn't let the fans and SRH management down so far leading the Orange Army to four wins out of the 6 matches that they have played so far in the IPL 2018.
He is not only brilliant while leading the Hyderabad in the tournament, but also fantastic with the bat, as the right-hander hammered 259 runs at a strike rate of 132.14 in his six outing with the highest score of 84.
Meanwhile, the 27-year-old has shown his humorous side during the interview with a Radio channel, and revealed his favorite things that he loved of India.
Williamson revealed that Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is his favorite actress, though it was not a surprise at his choice as she is not only so beautiful but also a brilliant actor on the screen.
He was also asked about his favorite Hindi song and it was ‘Jai Ho’ song, which was composed and sung by none other than A. R. Rahman, from the movie “Slumdog Millionaire’
Now, Williamson led SRH will next play the Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) on Thursday (26 April) in Hyderabad.
