Billy Stanlake, the Sunrisers Hyderabad speedster, when he was purchased in the auctions was thought to be the great buy by the franchise. Tall hit the deck hard bowler, Stanlake really stood out for his absolutely breathtaking fast bowling in the Big Bash recently and an Indian Premier League franchise was bound to pick him.

Unfortunately, he has been hampered by the injury-prone body for long and has now been officially confirmed to be out from the ongoing season owing to a fractured finger on his bowling hand. He was enthralling the audiences with his speed & presence at the crease and the league will miss him.

The Sunrisers Hyderabad team management must be digging deep into their tactical nous to get a fine replacement for him that helps in bettering the admirable team.Team Circle of Cricket gets down to analyzing the best replacements for Stanlake who was an important member of the team so far for SRH.

1. Luke Ronchi

Retired recently from international cricket for New Zealand after the Champions Trophy, Luke Ronchi has been applying his trade in the T20  leagues around the world. The Wicket-Keeper Batsman has been magnificent with his new endeavour, the prime example of this being his exploits in the recently concluded Pakistan Super League. Playing for Islamabad United, Ronchi played the key role in the franchise winning the tournament by being the highest run-getter for the season at an excellent strike rate. Saha hasn't been that good with the bat for SRH so far and the team needs to strengthen their batting too.

2. Kesrick Williams

He got into the limelight because of his performances for Jamaica Tallawahs in the 2016 Caribbean Premier League, where he was the leading wicket-taker with 17 wickets. He has been regularly featuring for the West Indies in T20 internationals and has done really well for them being trusted with the responsibility of bowling at the death. Even though Sunrisers have a replacement of Stanlake present in Chris Jordan, Kesrick has a better career economy rate than Jordan.

3. Rajneesh Gurbani

Ever since making his first-class debut for Vidarbha in the 2016–17 Ranji Trophy, Rajneesh Gurbani has emerged as a fine fast bowling prospect for India. His immense progress can be gauged from the fact that he was the leading wicket-taker for Vidarbha in the 2017–18 Ranji Trophy, with 39 dismissals in six matches. Won the man of the match in the final and played a key role in winning the maiden title for the team from Central India. Having another young Indian fast bowler in their camp is something, Tom Moody and VVS Laxman won't mind.

4. Moises Henriques

Someone who has played for SRH before, someone they let go in the auction but Moises Henriques can play a part. Remember he used to be picked by Tom Moody to strengthen their batting resources and still be someone who can fill in a few overs. That's what Moises Henriques can again bring to the SRH side.

5. James Faulkner

There were many players who played substantial roles in Australia winning the 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup but one player that really stood out was James Faulkner. He allowed Australia to win the battle at the death with both skills. His variations have been found out somewhat after that really good period but at the international level, it is as much about the exposure as it is about coming back. People were slightly disappointed when Australia didn't quite provide him with the chances he needs at this stage of his career to revive his game. An IPL team can show that vote of confidence and likely get the best out of James Faulkner, Sunrisers Hyderabad can be that team.
