Chennai Super Kings (CSK) bought the rising South African pacer Lungi Ngidi on the day 2 of IPL 2018 auction. They got the pacer in a great bargain of 50 lakh rupees. Surprisingly, CSK were the only franchise to bid for the pacers, who recently steal the headlines in the Test series against India.
The 21-year-old was in a fun mood as he took Twitter to show his happiness. He tweeted, "Just listened to the #LungiDance song loving it already ❤????". 'Lungi' is a traditional wear in the southern part of India.

Before the above tweet, he had shown his excitement to play for one of the most successful IPL franchise. "Very excited for what is coming ahead all glory to god ❤???????????? @ChennaiIPL," he wrote.

The pacer was picked in just 50 lakh rupees. It was a good deal for CSK, but considering Lungi's ability it looked very less. However, he isn't worried about the money. His last tweet indicated so. He tweeted, "The reason im always smiling.....the less you have the less you have to worry about.....oh and i love cricket ????❤????"

CSK needed a pacer badly and they have got one after buying so many spinners for the upcoming IPL season.
