Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) will clash in the 62nd match of the IPL 2025 in Jaipur on May 20, 2025. Ahead of the encounter, RR pacer Jofra Archer made RR and CSK fans smile as he copied Ravindra Jadeja’s bowling action to the tee.
During a practice session, Archer, who is known for his blistering right-arm pace, transformed into a left-arm spinner, perfectly mimicking Jadeja's bowling motion. Archer even imitated Jadeja's trademark face after just missing out on a wicket, so the fun didn't end there.
The humorous incident, which was well-received by fans online, demonstrated Archer's lighthearted side. Rajasthan Royals shared the amusing video on social media, captioning it: “Jofra Archer. Right arm fast. Left-arm orthodox.”
Both Rajasthan Royals and Chennai Super Kings have been eliminated from the race for the IPL 2205 playoffs. CSK will be looking to rebuild their side, while RR will aim to finish their tournament on a high.
Both sides will view the game as a chance to regroup and make plans for the future, even though it does not influence playoff status.
