Delhi Capitals (DC) continued their winning ways as they registered their 4th consecutive win in ongoing IPL 2025, by defeating Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in their own backyard at M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Thursday.
RCB batted first after DC won the toss and chose to field. Thanks to contributions from Phil Salt (37), Virat Kohli (22), Rajat Patidar (25) and Tim David (37*), they posted 163/7 in 20 overs. In response, KL Rahul led the way with 93* with 7 fours and 6 sixes. He added 111*-run stand for the fifth wicket with Tristan Stubbs (38*) to take DC to win by 6 wickets, after being reduced to 58/4.
After taking DC to the win, KL Rahul celebrated in style, circling the ground and stomping his bat, signaling that it was his home ground and he knew how to win here.

Tim David of Australia and Royal Challengers Bengaluru was seen copying KL Rahul's 'My Ground' celebration for Faf du Plessis as the local kid banged his authority on the Chinnaswamy Stadium after smashing a match-winning 93 to send the Delhi Capitals home.
While many were talking about Rahul's wild celebration after scoring the winning runs for his team, David and du Plessis were also seen discussing it after the game.
