Kane Williamson to feature in IPL 2025 as commentator; star-studded commentary panel for cash-rich league announced

Williamson went unsold during the IPL mega-auction last November.

Kane Williamson | BCCI-IPLThe star-studded commentary team for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 season was released on Friday (March 21), and it featured a notable name.

New Zealand talisman Kane Williamson, who went unsold in the IPL mega-auction last November, will don the commentator’s hat during the cash-rich tournament.

Williamson will share the mic for the national feed of IPL 2025 which also includes big names such as AB de Villiers, Suresh Raina, Virender Sehwag, Shikhar Dhawan while the world feed will have the likes of Sunil Gavaskar, Ravi Shastri and Harsha Bhogle.
