Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) skipper Shreyas Iyer and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) captain Pat Cummins engaged in some hilarious banter ahead of the IPL 2024 final on May 26, in Chennai.
KKR and SRH will compete for the elusive IPL crown. The Shreyas Iyer-led team qualified for the Final after defeating Pat Cummins and his team in Qualifier 1 at Ahmedabad's Narendra Modi Stadium.
Meanwhile, the Orange Army qualified for the title match against KKR by defeating the Rajasthan Royals in Qualifier 2 in Chennai.
The duo exhibited their unfiltered self in a fun video released by the IPL where they pulled each other’s legs. The video captures fun banter between the two captains as Iyer joked about riding an autorickshaw in his early days and hilariously charged the SRH skipper INR 20 crore for a ride.

The two captains also had a photoshoot on the famous Marina beach as well and the two were seeing having constant banter. Ahead of the match, Shreyas Iyer and Pat Cummins shared personal notes to one another as well.

KKR will be playing the fourth final in their IPL history. They won two IPL titles in 2012 and 2014 under the leadership of Gambhir. SRH are into the final for the third time and aiming for the second title in IPL.
The last time the Orange Army clinched the IPL title was in 2016, defeating Royal Challengers Bengaluru under the leadership of David Warner.
