India batter Virat Kohli is known for having fun on and off the field and this time, his victim was South African pacer Kagiso Rabada. Kohli’s RCB is set to clash with Rabada’s PBKS in the IPL 2024 on May 9. This is an important match for both sides in terms of playoff qualification.
The match will be played in Dharamshala and both the teams are staying in the same hotel.
South African pacer Kagiso Rabada was on a podcast with Willow Talk, when the conversation, he revealed that Virat Kohli had entered his room and was distracting him by dancing. Then Kohli decided to gatecrash the interview and greeted the podcast hosts.
A video clip capturing the spontaneous moment has since gone viral on social media, showcasing Rabada's surprised reaction as he spotted Kohli unexpectedly appearing behind his computer screen.
"Virat Kohli is right there; he's dancing," Rabada tells the interviewer. "I'm on a podcast," he then tells Virat. "With who?" Virat asks. "It's called Willow Talk," says Rabada in his reply.
The interviewer asked Kohli to appear on the screen and greet the viewers.
"Hello, boys," greeted Kohli as he stepped before the camera. "What's happening? Big boy KG here," he added with a grin.
After some more banter, Kohli took his leave and Rabada was heard quipping: "That's a pretty cool guest on your show."
