Chennai Super Kings (CSK) hitter MS Dhoni has been in fine form with the bat for his team in ongoing IPL 2024. CSK will be facing Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) at home in Chepauk on April 23, 2024 in their next game.

Ahead of the game, MS Dhoni was seen flaunting his muscle power in nets as he reeled off some amazing and huge sixes. A video posted on the official CSK handle featured none other than the iconic Mahendra Singh Dhoni, along with Sameer Rizvi, displaying their big-hitting abilities in the nets.

MS Dhoni has batted 5 times in 7 games in IPL 2024 and has scored 87 runs with a best of 37*. But the highlight is his strike rate of 255.88. Dhoni has also hit 8 sixes and 7 fours in these innings.

In their last meeting in Lucknow, LSG prevailed victors over CSK despite MS Dhoni’s fiery 28* in 9 balls which took CSK to 176/6 in 20 overs after Ravindra Jadeja had made 57*.  But thanks to half-centuries by LSG openers Quinton De Kock and KL Rahul, the hosts won the game by 8 wickets.
