Chennai Super Kings (CSK) legendary captain MS Dhoni turned back the clock during the franchise practice session ahead of their IPL 2024 opening match. CSK, the defending champions, will take on RCB on March 22 in their home in Chepauk.
Dhoni has returned with his long hairstyle. Batting coach Michael Hussey kept a tight eye on captain Dhoni as he looked in great touch in the nets and mowed down the CSK bowlers for fun.
There are many rumors that this may be Dhoni's final IPL season, and he is ready to make it special for both himself and his large fan base across the country.
On social media, a video of Dhoni smashing the CSK bowlers in the nets has gone viral. In the video, the renowned wicketkeeper batter can be seen executing his famous helicopter shot and then discussing something with batting coach Hussey regarding his batting.

CSK began their training camp on March 2, with the likes of Ruturaj Gaikwad, Rajvardhan Hangargekar, Mukesh Choudhary and Prashant Solanki joining the camp initially.
