Rinku stitched a crucial unbeaten 66 runs partnership with Nitish Rana, who scored 48* runs. His heroics also earned him the Player of the Match award and he was lauded by many for his innings.

However, after the match Rinku revealed that he had a feeling that he will get Player of the Match award. He had also written '50' on his palm ahead of the game.

Here's is how the duo’s conversation went:

Rana: "What have you written (on your hands)?"

Singh: "I was getting a feel that I will score runs and get Player of the Match today. And I wrote 50 runs on my hand and drew a heart."

Rana: "When did you write this?"

Singh: "Before the match today."

Rana: "How did you know that you will score this much today?"

Singh: "I was waiting for a long time to get a Player of the Match. It came after 5 years but it came at last."

Here’s the video:

Both Rinku and Rana will be next seen in action when KKR will take on Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) on Saturday (7th May) at MCA Stadium in Pune.
