The 33rd match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) was an exciting contest to watch for fans.

The game went down the wire and it saw MS Dhoni special as the keeper-batter pulled off an incredible finish to help his side win their second game of the season. Not only did the match see both teams going neck to neck with each other, but it also witness many heartwarming moments. One such incident came after the match.

CSK skipper Ravindra Jadeja and MI batter Suryakumar Yadav were seen having a conversation with each other about the match.

Jadeja hilariously praised Suryakumar for his wide range of shots and said: “Bhai Kahan Kahan shot maarta hei kabhi idhar kabhi udhar. (Brother, where all do you hit shots. Sometimes here. Sometimes there),”

Replying to this, Suryakumar Yadav applauded the CSK skipper for his pinpoint field placement. He said, “Tune Barabar fielder baithaya tha." (You put the fieder in the right place.)

Notably, after MI lost both Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan in the first over, Suryakumar played a counter-attacking knock of 32 runs. He scored runs all over the park before he was caught by Mukesh Choudhary near the boundary ropes off Mitchell Santner. After that, Tilak Varma’s unbeaten half-century helped MI post a fighting total of 155 runs on the board.

Chasing the target, CSK were under a lot of pressure as they kept losing wickets at regular intervals but Dhoni turned the clock back and finished the match in style to help his side win the match by 3 wickets. The keeper-batter smashed 17 runs in the last over off Jaydev Unadkat.

MI will next face Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) on Sunday (24th April) at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, while CSK will take on Punjab Kings on Monday (25th April) at the same venue.
