Fans at DY Patil Stadium on Thursday (21st April) went berserk when batting great Sachin Tendulkar appeared on the screen during Match 33 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK). 

The incident took place during the second innings when CSK was batting. It was in the 5th over when veteran commentator Harsha Bhogle joined Tendulkar for the interview. 

As the former MI skipper appeared on the big screen, the crowd started chanting “Sachin Sachin”. The Indian legend talked about the match and also answered fans' question that pops up during every game.

As the fans in the stands went berserk watching Tendulkar on-screen, Twitterati on the other hand was filled with joy.  Former Indian cricketer Suresh Raina also reacted to the same. 

“IT'S ALWAYS A DELIGHT TO HEAR YOU SHARE. YOUR EXPERIENCES PAJI@SACHINTENDULKAR. SPECIALLY FOR A BOY WHO HAS ALWAYS SEEN YOU AS HIS IDOL & INSPIRATION SINCE A VERY YOUNG AGE,” Raina wrote on social media.
