Nothing is going right for Mumbai Indians (MI) in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022. The five-time champions for the first time in history have suffered sixth straight losses.
They are yet to open their account and are desperate for a win. They are currently placed 10th on the points table. Things are only going to get tougher for them, especially with the kind of competition that is going on in the league for the top four spots in the points table.
The Rohit Sharma-led side is next slated to face arch-rivals Chennai Super Kings (CSK), who are also struggling to win as they only have one win from six matches. The match will be played on Thursday (21st April) at DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai.

MI has been putting in hard yards for the match against CSK, as they would be eagerly looking for their first win of the season. The franchise has been sharing various pictures and videos of their net sessions.
However, one of their training sessions on Tuesday (19th April) was obstructed by a swarm of bees. MI posted the video on their official Twitter account. In the video, players can be seen lying down on the ground as the insects entered the ground.
“To bee or not to bee in training was a question yesterday!” Mumbai Indians captioned the video.
