Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have reached the finals of the Indian Premier League (IPL) thrice but have never won the championship. Virat Kohli stepped down as the captain of the franchise prior to the IPL 2022 season.

Every year fans come up with some poster or banner which manages to break the internet and this year was no exception. A few days ago, a fangirl of Kohli vowed to not date anyone until the star batter ended his century drought. 

During the franchise’s match against the defending champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in match No.22 of the IPL 2022 on Tuesday, another fan was spotted holding a banner from the stands that said “Not getting married till RCB wins the IPL trophy”.

India spinner Amit Mishra who has become active a lot on social media, then took a funny jive at the poster with a tweet that read, "Really worried about her parents right now.. #CSKvsRCB". 

The franchise would be keen to win the trophy that has eluded them for 15 seasons under the leadership of newly appointed captain Faf du Plessis. They are currently in sixth place, having won three of their five matches.

They will next take on the Delhi Capitals (DC) at the Wankhede Stadium on Saturday (April 16).
