Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) batter Virat Kohli, interacted with Chennai Super Kings (CSK) opener Ruturaj Gaikwad after the exciting encounter between the two sides in the IPL 2022 on Tuesday, April 12.
CSK finally won their first match in the tournament after four defeats, as they beat RCB by 23 runs despite scoring a mammoth 216/4 batting first at the Dr. DY Patil Stadium, Navi Mumbai. Robin Uthappa made 88, while Shivam Dube slammed 95*.
On the other end, Shahbaz Ahmed (41), Suyash Prabhudessai (34), and Dinesh Karthik (34) tried their best, but the CSK bowling attack was good enough with Maheesh Theekshana taking 4/33 and Ravindra Jadeja picking 3/39.

After the match, Kohli and Gaikwad were seen interacting with each other and the experienced batter was seen encouraging the young opener. The moment soon garnered a lot of praise on social media, as everyone was left flattered by Kohli's gesture.

Now RCB will next face off against Delhi Capitals (DC) on April 16 and CSK will next take on Gujarat Titans (GT) on April 17.
