In a one-off Question and Answer (Q&A) session on Twitter, Kolkata Knight Riders' (KKR) opener Aaron Finch received a curious fan question concerning the cover drive stroke.
A KKR fan asked Australia's white-ball skipper Finch to name the batter with the best cover drive shot in the world during the interactive session. Taking note of the fan's question, Finch reacted by praising two of the best batters of the current period.
Finch picked Kohli and Babar as the two hitters in the world with the finest cover drives.

"Virat Kohli and Babar Azam - it’s an absolute treat watching the two of these guys play that shot," Finch mentioned in a tweet shared by KKR on Twitter.
In the discussion over who is the finest batter, Pakistan's emerging sensation Babar is frequently put against former Indian captain Kohli. Kohli and Babar last faced off in the ICC World T20 in Dubai in 2021, when traditional rivals Pakistan and India met at the Dubai International Stadium.
