Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) spinner Ravi Bishnoi on Thursday (7th April) said that his side was confident about chasing the target against Delhi Capitals in Mumbai as they had depth in their batting lineup. He also talked about his bowling, saying that he’s pleased that the ball is coming nicely off his hand.

LSG registered their third win of the IPL 2022 after they defeat DC by 6 wickets and claimed the second spot on the points table. Bishnoi played a crucial role in his team's win. The leg-spinner troubled the Delhi batters and returned with the figures of 2/22.

He first removed David Warner for 4 runs and then cleaned up Rovman Powell for 3 runs. His spell helped LSG restrict DC to a total of 149 runs after the flying start. The KL Rahul-led side then on account of Quinton de Kock’s 80-run knock chased the target with 6 wickets in hand. They did struggle towards the end but Ayush Badoni made sure that they end on a winning note.
