Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) all-rounder Krunal Pandya played a pivotal role in his team's triumph over the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on Monday (April 4) at DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai.
Pandya, who previously spent six seasons with the Mumbai Indians, said he is enjoying his time in the new dugout.

The all-rounder finished his spell with figures 2/27 as LSG registered their second win of the IPL 2022 season. He took the wickets of Aiden Markram (12 off 14 balls) and Rahul Tripathi (44 off 30) who had started to score freely. SRH got into further trouble once Tripathi was dismissed.
"Feels great when you win and when you're contributing. I'm loving it (the new franchise), I had a great run with the Mumbai Indians, had some great memories there," Krunal said at the post-match presentation ceremony.
"I feel like this is the first season of my IPL, that's the excitement I have before every game or going to every practice session. Not at all (missing Hardik?). The brand of cricket we are playing is heartening to see, the self-belief is exceptional," he further said.
"Focus is always on how we can get better as a team, if we are on that path, we will have some good results going forward as well. I worked on my action to get some bounce and turn and just want to continue doing that," Krunal signed off.
KL Rahul top-scored with 68, Deepak Hooda hit a fiery 51 off 33 balls, and Avesh Khan, who was later named Player of the Match, got 4 for 24 as Lucknow Super Giants cruised to a comfortable 12-run win over Sunrisers Hyderabad.
