Yuzvendra Chahal and Amit Mishra on Sunday (3rd April) reacted to former Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra’s suggestion of giving 100+ meters six an ‘8’.
Chopra’s comments came during the IPL 2022 encounter between Punjab Kings and Chennai Super Kings in Mumbai. English batter Liam Livingstone tonked pacer Mukesh Choudhary for a massive 108 meter six.
Following this, the cricketer-turned-commentator took to his official Twitter account and suggested that six over 100 meters should be given an 8.

“100+ metre six should be given an 8,” Aakash Chopra tweeted.
Rajasthan Royal's leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal was quick to react to Chopra’s comments. In reply, he suggested that if a bowler bowls three dot balls then the batter should be given out.
“Three dot balls should be 1 wicket bhaiya,” Chahal commented.
Former Delhi Capitals spinner Amit Mishra also had his say on the same. He reacted hilariously, suggesting that bowlers are already at the receiving end of short boundaries, heavy bats, field restrictions and giving an ‘8’ on 100 + a meter case will only worsen the case.
"Bowlers’ condition who have to face heavy bats, short boundaries and field restrictions. #IPL,” Amit Mishra replied.
