Any team that wants to succeed as a unit must work as a unit and prioritize team goals over individual goals. One team that meets these conditions is the defending Indian Premier League (IPL) champion Chennai Super Kings (CSK).

The CSK players were seen building structures with bricks and cement in a short video released by the franchise on Tuesday (March 29).

"In coaching, team building is very important, so we're doing team building," said head coach Stephen Fleming. Many CSK players, including Mahendra Singh Dhoni, newly-appointed skipper Ravindra Jadeja, Robin Uthappa, and Dwayne Bravo, were seen in the video using various tools and their hands to apply cement to bricks as part of a team-building exercise.

Here’s the tweet:

CSK began the 15th edition of the IPL with a disappointing loss to KKR. After winning the toss, KKR elected to bowl first, the batting team could only post 131 in their 20 overs with the former skipper, MS Dhoni, top-scoring 50 off 38 balls.

KKR easily chased down the target with one and a half over to spare. Dwayne Bravo put in a strong performance with the ball, taking three wickets and conceding only 20 runs in four overs.
