Gujarat Titans captain Hardik Pandya features in the latest Indian Premier League (IPL) promo in which he warns other franchises to not take new teams for granted in the upcoming IPL 2022.
The 15th edition of the Indian Premier League is just a few days away from now. The tournament will begin on March 26 with the summit clash to be played on May 29. The league stage of IPL 2022 will be played across four venues in Maharashtra state.
The tournament will also see two new teams in Gujarat Titans (GT) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG). All the 10 teams have been divided into two "virtual" groups of five each. The franchises have begun their preparations as support staff along with players have joined the camp and are putting hard yards in their net sessions.

With less than two weeks remaining for the start of the league, broadcaster Star Sports has released another promo for the upcoming tournament. In the video, Hardik Pandya, who will be captaining Gujarat Titans, is shown as a bomb expert and is urging his bomb diffusing squad not to cut the two new wires.
The bomb squad gets confused and cuts the two new live wires resulting in the explosion. After which, Gujarat Titans skipper says, “Naye ko kam mat samajhna. Naya jab bhi katega, 100 taka fategaa.”

Gujarat Titans are placed in Group B along with Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), Punjab Kings (PBKS), Chennai Super Kings (CSK), and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). They will begin their campaign against the second new team Lucknow Super Giants on March 28 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
