The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have revealed their captain for the upcoming IPL 2022 edition which will be played in India across four venues in Maharashtra state in Mumbai and Pune, and the first match will begin from March 26 and the final will be played on May 29.

The tournament will feature two new teams in Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and Gujarat Titans (GT) and the 10 teams have been divided into two groups of five each. RCB are placed with Chennai Super Kings (CSK), Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), Punjab Kings (PBKS) and Gujarat Titans (GT) in group B.

With a new and fresh Indian Premier League season on the horizon, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have decided on a new start as well going with a new look, as they unveiled their jersey for the IPL 2022 season as well.

Taking to Twitter, the Bangalore-based franchise shared a video, highlighting different parts of their latest jersey with the caption: "New season. New threads.Time to #PlayBold while looking #Bold."

The kit predominantly features red colour with grey being the other shade in the shirt.
