Ambati Rayudu said that he’s excited to be back at Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and is also happy that his ‘biggest headache’ Dwayne Bravo is also back in the yellow brigade for the IPL 2022.
Chennai Super Kings (CSK) got back most of its core players in the IPL 2022 auction. Among those were senior batter Ambati Rayudu and veteran all-rounder Dwayne Bravo, who was roped in by the franchise for INR 6.75 crores and INR 4.40 crores respectively.
The duo has played an instrumental role in CSK’s success since their return to the league after the fixing scandal. They were often seen engaging in banter and poking fun at each other. Both Bravo and Rayudu have won two titles with the franchise in 2018 and 2021.

In a video shared by CSK on their Twitter account, batter Ambati Rayudu expressed his delight to be back in the team and playing alongside his biggest headache Dwayne Bravo.
"I'm very happy to be back at CSK. I'm also very happy that my biggest headache DJ bravo is also back,"Ambati Rayudu said.
Chennai Super Kings (CSK) bought 21 players in the IPL 2022 auction and spent a total of INR 45.5 crores. Some former players that they brought back included Deepak Chahar, KM Asif, Robin Uthappa, Mitchell Santner and N Jagadeesan.
The Men in Yellow also roped in fresh faces that included Devon Conway, Chris Jordan, Shivam Dube, Adam Milne and many more.
