IPL 2021: Cricket fraternity reacts to Ishan Kishan’s jaw-dropping 32-ball 84 against SRH

Kishan smashed 11 fours and 4 sixes in his breathtaking knock.

Ishan Kishan | BCCI/IPLMumbai Indians (MI) batter Ishan Kishan has once again proved why he is touted as the future of Indian cricket.

The 23-year-old was struggling for runs in the second leg of IPL 2021 in UAE before he returned to form with a blazing half-century against Rajasthan Royals (RR) a few days back.

However, Kishan took his game to the next level against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Friday (October 8).

Opening the innings, the southpaw dominated the SRH attack from the word go and completed his half-century in just 16 deliveries. He took the Hyderabad bowlers to the cleaners after the milestone as well, scoring 84 off just 32 balls to put MI on the driver’s seat in their last league match of IPL 14.

Ishant got out in the 9th over and his knock was studded with 11 fours and 4 sixes.

After Kishan's dismissal, Suryakumar Yadav hogged the limelight as he smashed 82 off 40 balls (13 fours and 3 sixes) to take MI to a mammoth 235/9 in their allotted 20 overs.

For his breathtaking display with the bat, Ishan Kishan received rich praise from the cricket fraternity on Twitter.
