Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) batter David Warner is having an unpleasant IPL season. After being removed from SRH captaincy, Warner is now struggling to find a spot in the playing XI.

Warner was spotted in the stands of Dubai International Cricket Stadium during the match between SRH and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on Sunday (October 3). He posted a selfie on social media with his teammate Virat Singh.

The 34-year-old was also seen carrying a team flag with him. He was supporting the team from the stands and his fans were heartbroken not seeing him on the field instead.

Twitterati felt Warner, someone who has led the franchise to an IPL title win in the past, deserves better treatment. Notably, he did not travel to the stadium for SRH's last two matches before facing KKR.

Sunrisers are already out of the playoffs race and they are at number 8 on the points table with only two wins in 12 matches.
