Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Punjab Kings (PBKS) departed for United Arab Emirates (UAE) on August 29 to begin preparations for the second phase of IPL 2021. The tournament kicks off on September 19 with the clash between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK).
As per reports, RCB players assembled in Bengaluru by August 21 and completed 7 days of quarantine. They have undergone regular COVID-19 tests before entering the bio-bubble of the franchise.

RCB skipper Virat Kohli will be flying from London to UAE after the end of the five-match Test series between India and England.

PBKS captain KL Rahul is also on the England tour and he will join his side from the UK as well. The official Twitter account of the Punjab-based franchise shared the pictures of their players on Twitter before taking off.
