Mumbai Indians (MI) gave fans a tour of the team room at their hotel - The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort in Abu Dhabi. MI arrived in Abu Dhabi on August 13 and have already completed their one-week quarantine.

The defending champions have started their practice sessions ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2021). Their captain Rohit Sharma hasn't joined the franchise yet, as he is with the Indian Test team in England.
MI haven't had a good start to the tournament as they won only 2 matches out of the first five matches at Chennai. But known for their strong comeback, they registered two consecutive wins to keep themselves near the top four.
The Rohit-led side will begin the second phase of IPL 2021 by taking on Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in Dubai on September 19. They have defeated CSK in a close encounter before the tournament was suspended.
