Chennai Super Kings (CSK) batting coach Michael Hussey, who contracted coronavirus during now postponed IPL 2021, has tested positive again for the deadly virus.  

Michael Hussey and L Balaji were among the members who tested positive for COVID-19 inside the IPL 14 bio-bubble. 

The coronavirus cases among players and support staff inside the bio-bubble in as many as four teams forced BCCI to stop the tournament with immediate effect.

CSK was camped in Delhi when the marquee tournament was suspended. With all players returning to their homes, support staff members Michael Hussey and L Balaji as a precautionary measure were shifted to Chennai by air ambulance.

Although Michael Hussey tested negative for the COVID-19, last week in his second test but tested positive in the third round.

The CSK batting coach is now set to undergo another test on Thursday. He is getting treated at a hospital in Chennai and New Zealand and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) wicket-keeper Tim Seifert, who tested positive.
