Punjab Kings (PBKS) batsman Nicholas Pooran called the suspension of the IPL 2021 and the reasons behind it heartbreaking in his latest Twitter post. IPL 2021 was postponed on May 4 after players in multiple franchises tested positive for COVID-19.
Pooran also attached a picture in which he can be seen getting clean bowled by Varun Chakravarthy in a clash against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). The picture mentioned his performance in the IPL 2021.
The Caribbean batsman said he will come back strong after managing only 28 runs in 7 matches of the season. He was dismissed on a duck four times in the IPL 2021.
