Chennai Super Kings (CSK) batsman Ambati Rayudu played a thundering knock against Mumbai Indians (MI) on Saturday (May 1). He smashed unbeaten 72 runs off just 27 deliveries which included 7 sixes and 4 fours.
The innings not only destroyed the Mumbai Indians bowling attack but also broke a refrigerator in MI's dugout. The video is going viral on social media as soon as the incident happened.
Despite a brilliant batting effort from CSK, the total of 218/4 was not enough for them to win the match. Mumbai won the match by 4 wickets off the last ball of the match.
It was Kieron Pollard who kept them in the game throughout the chase and finished it off with unbeaten 87 runs off 34 deliveries. For CSK, only Sam Curran looked effective with the ball as he picked up 3 wickets for 34 runs.
