Rajasthan Royals (RR) director of cricket Kumar Sangakkara bowled off-spin in the nets. The official Twitter account of RR shared the video on Twitter and asked the inspiration behind his off-spin bowling.

Sangakkara can be seen bowling a pretty simple action in the short clip. "Who’s the inspiration behind those off-breaks, Sanga? #HallaBol | #IPL2021 | @KumarSanga2," they wrote and tagged Sangakkara in the caption.

Sri Lanka batting great was appointed as the director of cricket by Rajasthan Royals ahead of the IPL 2021. His addition is good for RR captain Sanju Samson, who's also a wicket-keeper batsman and will get a chance to learn from the best.

Currently, RR are suffering because of the injury of their key players. Jofra Archer was already out of the tournament and Ben Stokes had to go back home because of a finger fracture. 

They are struggling at number 7 in the points table with 2 wins in five matches. Rajasthan will play their next match against Mumbai Indians on April 29.
