Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) failed to register their first win of the IPL 2021 and lost against Mumbai Indians on Saturday (April 17). It was their third match of the season and they have lost all of them while chasing.
Teams are struggling to chase at the MA Chidambaram Stadium and out of five matches played there so far, only one match is won by the team batting second. It was the opening match between Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore which the latter won by 2 wickets on the last ball.
Former India cricketer Virender Sehwag came up with a meme on the franchises losing while chasing at Chepauk. He shared a recent viral picture in which a group of injured people are sitting outside the jail after a scuffle.

"Teams trying to chase in Chennai #ipl2021 #mivssrh," wrote Sehwag on Twitter and the fans were in splits after seeing the photo with this caption.
On Saturday, SRH were chasing 153 against Mumbai which turned out to be too much for their weak batting unit. David Warner and Jonny Bairstow gave them a thundering start with 67 runs in 7.1 overs but the rest of the batsmen couldn't convert it into a win.
They were eventually bowled out for 137 in 19.4 overs. Rahul Chahar (3/19), Jasprit Bumrah (1/14), and Trent Boult (3/28) didn't let SRH breathe easy throughout the chase.
